What the well is and is not

The Listening Well does not predict the future, guarantee that a wish will come true, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency help. Important real-world decisions should be made using appropriate professional advice and reliable information.

Safety

Do not use the service to seek instructions for harming yourself or someone else, illegal activity, or urgent professional decisions. If there is an immediate risk of harm, use real-world emergency or professional support rather than relying on the well.

Paid pennies

Copper and Moon pennies are digital access credits with no cash value. The price and quantity are shown before checkout. Well Keeper is a recurring monthly purchase and is identified as such before payment. If Well Keeper is active in this browser, you can cancel future renewals from the penny wallet. Canceling does not remove pennies already added to the well.

Browser-based access

No customer account is required. Your journal and penny access are linked to the browser used for the experience. Clearing that browser’s stored site data or moving to another device can affect access, so use the journal download option if you want a personal copy.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass purchase or usage limits, abuse automated requests, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
